will be based on four primary components:

1.
Length of Your Event – Hours, Days, Weeks.
2.
Number of Attendees
and Guests.
3.
Advanced Planning.
4.
Additional Staffing,
if needed.

Lodging, airfare and
transportation costs may
apply depending on location. However, no fees are applied
for my travel time.

HOW IMPORTANT IS YOUR EVENT

Your goal, after all your hard work, is for your attendees and guests to remember long after the event what a fabulous time they experienced. What a fabulous job you did!

Food presentation, accountability of products paid for, cleanliness of all event areas and standards of service offered are all important factors in creating that great experience.

Would you like to improve the service at your next meeting, corporate event or private party? My services will assist you in creating that quality experience; upholding standards of excellence and attention to detail.

HOW IMPORTANT IS THAT FUTURE WEDDING? Your wedding coordinator/planner’s expertise is in planning and executing your wedding, not your reception, not your dinner. How much does your venue or caterer know about 4 Star service? Have they had training at a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons? Most staff today are inadequately trained, are poorly supervised and have little or no service etiquette. And it happens at all kinds of venues, from 4 Star Resorts to Mom and Pop Caterers. Many times you are not getting what you paid for!
 
What will be the server to guest ratio at dinner? What about during the reception (everyone forgets this one and a good deal of the food that was paid for is never served)? Will the bridal party be offered drinks and hors d'oeuvre right after the ceremony during the photo session? Would you think about asking these questions? YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK (or I have the right to ask)! And it doesn’t matter if it is a BBQ in your backyard, you are still paying a premium and deserve quality service.
 
Now, who is going to follow-up on the day of the wedding, you, Uncle Jimmy, a friend? Is the food exactly what you ordered or did they change it "a little". All your months of hard work comes together at the reception and dinner. Your focus should be on enjoying yourself; your focus should be knowing the bride and groom are pampered during the entire event. My focus is to work hard to ensure they are.

AT YOUR LAST EVENT, DID YOU SAY "WOW" ABOUT THE SERVICE AND STANDARDS OFFERED?

Well, you paid for that “WOW” factor with a 20% gratuity (approximately). And, that premium gratuity does not guarantee a thing, no matter the hotel or its ratings. Service standards are not what they used to be; good service today would be considered inadequate service 25 years ago, but you still have to pay that premium gratuity percentage, no matter what kind of service is offered.
 

   


All catering managers and event captains are there to assist you. Regrettably, many do not uphold the standards they should and put their company's and their own interests before yours. Many just don’t possess quality standards anymore.

 

DURING YOUR EVENT, WEDDING OR MEETING

Are you paying for products you never received or needed? Perhaps! Padding of consumption reports.
Are you recieving the service standards you paid for? Very possibly not! Server to guest ratios.
Are you recieving the products you contracted for?
Maybe not! Last minute changes nobody told you about.
